Modern technology has developed a process for producing fiberglass materials that can withstand harsh climates, have a high strength to weight ratio, are non-conductive and competitively priced. Fiberglass pultrusion profiles are most suitable as a replacement for natural wood products, aluminum and steel in residential and commercial construction.

Vincula can offer the technology, equipment, and design for the construction and installation of a complete turnkey fiberglass pultrusion manufacturing plant. The pultrusion process used is similar to extrusion; however, the fiberglass materials are immersed in a resin bath and then pulled through a heated die to make the continuous cross-sectional profile. Vincula has negotiated agreements with several U.S. industry leaders in fiberglass technology to assist in completing the technology transfer and form a powerful technical team for problem solving and development of additional products made by fiberglass.
