A PROPRIETARY AND PATENTED TECHNOLOGY THAT REMOVES CONTAMINANTS FROM WATER AND MOST LIQUID WASTE STREAMS

 

The removal of contaminants is achieved by using a patented method of removing volatile organic compounds and suspended solids. The liquid is then distilled using mechanical vapor recompression. The process is extremely energy efficient and this unique system removes virtually all contaminants, such as suspended and dissolved solids and, in most cases, returns the liquid to a neutral pH. Therefore, its process virtually eliminates BOD, COD heavy metals, and mineral compounds. The process utilizes a computerized instrumentation monitoring system to insure the process operates within predetermined parameters.

This system is specifically suited for three primary applications: liquids from food processing, liquid waste treatment, and water reclamation. The process has been tested on various waste streams with excellent results. In all cases, the process yielded a virtually pure distilled water stream and concentrated solids that can be recovered for beneficial use.
